SMS Terms of Services | Bug Buster Media LLC

1. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications through our website’s form “Pest Control Inspection Form” or through direct and voluntary engagement with BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC.
2. These terms and conditions govern the use of SMS services provided by BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC (also referred as “We” or “us” herein). By subscribing to the service, You (also referred as “User” herein) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. By subscribing to the SMS services, the User expressly consents to receive marketing and promotional messages and/or customer support messages (for example: order updates, service scheduling confirmation, appointment reminders, etc.) from BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC at the phone number provided by User. Also, by using BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC’s services, including signing up for text message communications, User expressly consent to collecting, using, and sharing your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including the terms related to data collection, communication, and security. Your continued use of our services constitutes your ongoing consent to these terms.
4. To subscribe to the SMS service, the User must opt-in by providing their mobile number to BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC.
5. The User acknowledges that message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
6. The User acknowledges messages frequency varies and can receive up to 5 messages per week.
7. BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by the User and is also not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC.
8. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
9. If User experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected]
10. The User can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP" and upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Also, the User may opt out from the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message received. We will promptly stop sending Messages to the User upon receipt of the opt-out request and will remove the User’s number from our messaging list. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

12. Disclaimer of Liability:
- BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by the use of the SMS service. By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to, delays, non-delivery, or technical issues.
- The User assumes all risks and responsibility for the use of the SMS service. By subscribing to the SMS service provided by BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC, the User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, it is also your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of your account information and any passwords associated with your use of our services.
- You agree to notify BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. BUG BUSTER MEDIA LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account or personal information adequately. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that no data transmission over the Internet or mobile networks can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and therefore, you use our services at your own risk.
- If the User does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not subscribe to the SMS service.
